1. What we collect

When you claim a city, we may collect:

• Company name, website, logo, and X/Twitter handle (shown publicly on the listing)
• Email address (kept private — used for payment and dethrone notifications)
• Payment details processed by Stripe (we do not store full card numbers)
• Basic usage data such as Firebase Analytics events, if enabled

2. How we use it

We use this information to:

• Display your paid listing on the map and city pages
• Process payments and prevent fraud
• Notify you if another company takes your #1 spot
• Operate, secure, and improve the product

3. What is public

Your company name, website, logo, social handle, city, and paid amount are public. Your email address is not shown on the site.

4. Processors

We use third parties to run the service, including Stripe (payments), Firebase / Google Cloud (hosting, database, storage, analytics), and optionally email delivery providers for notifications. Their processing is governed by their own policies.

5. Retention

We keep listing and payment records as long as needed to operate the rankings and meet legal or accounting requirements. You can ask us about your data by emailing diego@zenico.ai.
