1. The service

CityThrone sells digital advertising placements — featured #1 listings on city pages and the live map. Rankings are determined solely by the amount paid for each placement. Higher amounts rank above lower amounts; ties go to whoever paid first.

Placements are not investments and do not guarantee traffic, leads, impressions, or revenue.

2. Purchases

Each placement is a one-time purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe. All placements are non-refundable, including when another company later outpays you and you drop in rank.

Empty cities can be claimed for exactly $1.00. To take an occupied #1 spot, you must pay more than the current top placement.

3. No account required

You do not need to create an account. You provide company information and a private email address at checkout. That email may be used for payment confirmation and dethrone notifications.

4. Content and conduct

Company names, websites, logos, and social handles are user-supplied. You must have the right to use them. We may remove placements that impersonate brands, violate trademarks, contain illegal or abusive content, or otherwise abuse the service — without refund.

5. Availability

We aim to keep the map and listings available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change over time.

6. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CityThrone and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service or any placement purchase.
